Welcome to Tone Navigator. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tone Navigator website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Tone Navigator provides users with suggested musical equipment settings (amplifiers, pedals, etc.) generated through artificial intelligence ("AI"). These suggestions are based on user-provided inputs regarding desired musical styles and existing equipment.
 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Service.
 

3. User Conduct and Content

You are responsible for the information you input into the Service. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

• Input content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the technical operation of the Service.
   

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided on Tone Navigator—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, and the "Tone Navigator" and "ToneBot" names—is the property of the Service owner and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

The AI-generated settings provided to you are for your personal, non-commercial use.
 

5. Third-Party Services (AI and Ads)

Tone Navigator utilizes the Google Gemini API to generate content and may use Google AdSense or other networks for advertising.

• You acknowledge that the Service depends on these third-party providers.

• We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of content provided by these third parties.
   

6. Disclaimer Of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Tone Navigator makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or safety of the AI-generated settings. Musical equipment varies greatly; settings that work for one device may not work for another.
 

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tone Navigator and its owners shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Equipment Damage: Damage to amplifiers, speakers, vacuum tubes, pedals, or instruments resulting from the application of suggested settings.

• Hearing Loss: Damage to hearing resulting from high volume levels.

• Technical Failures: Errors or omissions in the AI-generated content.

YOU USE ALL AI-GENERATED SETTINGS AT YOUR OWN RISK. It is your responsibility to monitor your equipment for signs of overheating, clipping, or potential damage.
 

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
 

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tone Navigator and its owners from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
